IS200CABPG1ACA is also called CABP board. This board serves as a way for the board inserted therein to interface and interact with external signals. This board provides connection with other external interfaces. These connections include power input, ISBus port, diagnostic tools, front panel instrument and front panel keyboard. This motherboard is usually installed on the innovative series motherboard rack. The rack can provide mounting points for boards inserted into IS200CABPG1ACA.

IS200CABPG1ACA is designed so that all non-board connections will not be accidentally plugged into the wrong jack. Board connections on the board tend to use different types of connections, key them separately, or have the same pin assignment, because they can be interchanged without causing any damage to the board. Only some boards can be inserted into CABP boards. A BAIA board is assigned to slot 1. The DSPX board is assigned to slot 2. Slot 3 is occupied by ACL_ board or GBIA/PBIA mods. Slot 4 is assigned to a BIC board. BPI_ or FOSA board is assigned to slot 5. E1 and E2 piercing connectors on this board are connected to GND. The plug-in connectors of E3 and E4 are connected to CCOM. J1-J12 connector on this board is an external interface connection. J13-J21 connector is the actual card slot.
