FZ-GT-BⅢ线束气动导通台：
本测试系统采用汽车线束测试仪，辅以的测试系统软件与PC电脑联机操作，能够实现线束的通断、短路、断路、错位的检测；线路中的二极管完好、反接、击穿的检测等。 气动模块治具简介： 　气动治具简介：

　　　　　1），平面式：主要用于未分割汽车线束系统.由于整车线束比较重，平铺后方便操作，但需要多人操作.
1),Flat type:Mainly used for unsegmentation automotive harness system.The system for the whole automotive is heavy but convenient to operate when tiled,although it needs several operators to work on it.
2),倾斜式：主要用于有分割的汽车线束系统.倾斜比较符合人体工程学要求,目前大部份都采取这种方式。
2),Inclined type:mainy used for segmentation automotive hamess system.because incline comforms to ergonomics and it is widely used now
图2检测模块简介：
　　　　　　A.公端子相应的位置开出规定大小的方孔,当端子出现歪斜不良时，连接器将无法放入模块.
A, Cut a specified hole at the make terminal’ scor-responding position,and the connector can’t be put into the module when the terminal skews.
B,方孔公差为+0.1mm,材料为绝缘耐磨电木板.
B, The hole tolerance it +0.1mm ,made from insu-lating and wear-resistance electric board.
C,通过特殊探针可以检测出未定位或者反插的端子,防止不良流出
C,Unlocated or anti-plugged terminals would be test using special test probed.
