汇冠公司生产啤酒灌装线，主要包括卸垛机、冲瓶灌装封口一体机、杀菌机、风干机、贴标机、喷码机、装箱机。冲瓶灌装压盖一体机三合一是我公司引进德国技术，经过消化吸收，结合啤酒行业的特点自行设计的。采用开式齿轮及同步跟踪传动，灌装稳定可靠、调整方便、、噪声低、寿命长。采用全不锈钢磁性料斗，皇冠盖的理盖、下盖、进盖均为磁力传送，确保盖不变形，量大通畅，对中导向采用导杆式对中有预罩功能。该机具有有瓶、无瓶，有盖、无盖均自动控制，性能稳定、技术。
此设备是用于玻璃瓶啤酒的生产，产量从2000-30000瓶每小时可供客户选择。
We are very professional in producing beer filling line, including depalletizing machine, rinsing-filling-capping monblock machine, pasteurizer, dryer, labeling machine, printer and packing machine. The rinsing-filling-capping monblock machine is designed by our company after introducing German technology, digestion and absorption, combined with beer industry characteristics. We use open gear and synchronous tracking transmission so that the filling process can be more stable, reliable, easy adjustment, high efficiency, low noise and long life. We adopt stainless steel magnetic hopper. Caps unscrambler, falling and inlet are magnetic transmission to ensure that the caps are not deformed, a large amount and unobstructed. We adopt guide rod certring and it has pre-cover function. The cap unscramble, cap chute, cap feeding are magnetic transmission to ensure the caps are not deformed and moves fast.
This equipment is used for the production of glass bottle beer and the capacity ranges from 2000-30000 bottles per hour.</a>
