废水经管道进入收集池调节水质，调节池出水经泵提升到混凝池，通过池内加碱进行PH调节，控制PH值在7-9，然后在池内投加PAM，经絮凝后废水进入沉淀池，出水进入厌氧池，提高废水的可生化性，出水进入接触氧化池/MBR池，MBR处理水进入中间水池后续利用RO反渗透膜进行处理，经过反渗透膜处理的处理水回用至生产线，产生的浓水经浓水池收集后进入中间水池，沉淀池污泥定期排入污泥浓缩池，通过设备浓缩脱水，压滤机渗滤液回流至调节池，重新进入系统处理，脱水后的泥饼定期外运处理。
