二次污染防治
1）由于本工程在地面以下，污水处理设施中采用的水泵基本上无噪音。对于罗茨鼓风机，本身带有消声器，减震器，且放在地下工作，因此污水处理站的噪声将符合市区噪声标准GB309693中的二类标准，白天≤60dB（A），夜间≤50dB（A），同时气、水管中流速取低速，与设备接口加装软接头。
2）污水处理构筑物全封闭式、埋地、上覆土壤并植花等，池上部废气引入建筑物废气排放系统，可用管道引入综合楼废气井道，高空稀释排放。
3）垃圾焚烧处置，做到无二次污染物产生。

给排水与消防设计
1、处理站自用水包括化验和生活用水，均采用自来水，水压不小于0.2Mpa， 用水直接接自厂区给水管网。
2、园区内内排水管网雨污分流。雨水排入附近水体，化验室和生活用水排水水质均不符合国家和地方排放标准，因此，该部分污水均排至调节池内，纳入污水处理系统。
3、消防设计依据《人民共和国国家标准GBJ16-87建筑设计防火规范》。污水站区同一时间内火灾次数1次，室外消火栓供水压力P=0.4Mpa，用水量为15l/s，水源由城市供水管网接入，同生产、生活用水管道共用，并应呈环状布置。
本部分由建设单位自行解决。
