泄爆：顾名思义，主要起防爆、放泄爆炸压力的作用。即以泄爆产品作用于建筑主体为前提，当建筑发生爆炸时，泄压面在爆炸冲击力中能够及时释放后产生的压力，防止泄压面飞溅，避免造成二次伤害。
以泄爆螺栓为例，我们常用的泄爆螺栓一般由泄爆钉、套管、泄爆垫片组合而成（如图）。
