BM-1是隔振台中面积大、负载能大、性能优的一款，负载能力在27kg-476kg之间。0.5Hz 的水平固有频率，当负载接近大负载能力时，垂直频率可达0.5Hz。

·They can also be made cleanroom and vacuum compatible.
