Sunil Automatic Terminal Insertion Machine is an facility for automatically inserting standardized terminal pins on PCB through X-Y Stage according
to the exact coordinates, which are programmed. This insertion machine is installed in PCB assembly line to increase the production of “Automotive
Fuse Box", which has a PCB inserted terminal pins from reel through “All-in-one 4-wheel cam system head" and “Touch Screen". It can insert other
types of components and has a function to detect all PCB holes and adjusts its exact location according to coordinates. Also, it allows easy settings
to edit coordinates, converting NC Data automatically.

韩国鲜一全自动端子插件机是根据地编辑坐标位置、通过X-Y Stage将各种端子全自动插入到PCB的一种设备。该设备可以安装在自动化生产线体内以大幅增
加“汽车中央电器控制盒”的产量，透过Vision系统的使用，可控制插入点孔径和位置，四轮一体型凸轮系统的运用更有效实现了的插件速度和插件精密
度；同时也可以实现其他异形元件的插件，坐标编辑简便、可自动转换NC数据。

► Cutting and insertion of terminals is carried out by driving the CAM with a Servo Motor.通过Servo Motor & CAM来控制端子的剪切和插入

► Troubles are detected as sensors installed at every necessary area.在所有必要的地方都安装了Sensor以侦测故障及问题

■ INSERTER 插件

► Enough insertion force can be obtained as Servo Motor and CAM.充分且合适的插入力通过Servo Motor & CAM.

► Inserting force and depth can be easily adjustable by setting the insert tool.通过插件头的设置可调整插入力与插入深度

► Sectional speed control is available through servo motor control.通过Servo Motor可控制插件速度
