一、辅助阳极安装
1、辅助阳极接线、密封
在土壤介质中，常用高硅铸铁做辅助阳极。
高硅铸铁辅助阳极密封步骤：
（1）将辅助阳极工作表面清理干净，除去阳极接头配件发浮绣，露出金属光泽。
（2）用铜焊或锡焊及螺栓连接方式将导线接在阳极接头配件上。
（3）辅助阳极与导线连接处，应确保连接牢固。导电性能良好。
（4）将固化剂和环氧树脂按比例调配均匀，在接头处涂抹及灌封，防止接线处渗水，做好绝缘密封处理。待环氧树脂固化后，按操作规程安装辅助阳极。
二、镁阳极与管道焊接

原料：炉料是干燥的，没有油、氧化物、砂土、和锈蚀等污染，并且不能混有异种金属。
熔剂：熔剂主要有两种作用，覆盖作用和精炼作用。覆盖剂的熔点较低，密度小，在合金熔化的过程中，在合金液表面形成一层连续、完整的覆盖层，隔绝空气和水汽，防止镁的氧化或抑制镁的燃烧。精炼剂对夹杂物有良好的润湿、吸附能力，并利用熔剂与熔体的密度差把金属夹杂物随同溶剂自熔体中排出去。
