上滑道安装

上滑道安装时按门洞宽度和开启方向的要求将其同门梁或雨蓬梁进行固定一般以门洞宽度的中心为基准两分固定时要注意以下要点滑道同雨蓬梁或门梁连接处的左右标高一致滑道相对于门洞中心尺寸一致。滑道中心线与彩板外墙或砖墙外边的尺寸一致且其尺寸为门扇厚度的一半外加20mm的间隙，如为彩板外墙尚需另加20mm的包边宽度。

门扇安装

门扇及滑轮系统由公司在车间内加工成型。上滑道安装结束后随即将滑轮成对放入滑道滑槽内然后用人工或其它吊装工具将门扇竖直运到其下方并将门扇上焊接的螺杆套入滑轮上的螺栓孔内用双螺帽临时紧固。同理将另一门扇挂起。

门扇调整

门扇均已挂好后将二个门扇均推到门洞中心位置并将其贴紧按室外地坪标高的要求将门扇下扁钢调到地坪上表面0~10mm同时调整两门扇连接处的缝隙到小且侧边垂直于地面。标高调整用松紧上面的螺帽进行。门扇全部调整结束后将滑轮上的止推销用开口销固定在滑轮上。
