This series of pigment color paste mainly include red, orange, green, blue and black, which are independently developed and designed by Shanghai Caison, and are used for PTFE/ETFE/PVDF powder coloring of wire and cable raw materials. This series of pigment dispersion products can also be used for the coloring of PTFE color masterbatches and fluoroplastic color masterbatches. Pigment dispersion colorant for PTFE powder coloring, used to add colors to PTFE parts manufactured by pasty extrusion process from finely divided PTFE powder. In order to be able to extrude PTFE insulated wire and tubing, it is usually necessary to mix a lubricant (typically naphtha) into the PTFE fine powder. Extrusion of colored PTFE insulation requires the addition of pigment dispersion to these lubricants. These pigments also contain certain additives that make pigment dispersions more compatible with pasty PTFE materials.

This series of pigment-dispersed color paste products has bright colors, high temperature resistance of about 400°C, good weather resistance and light resistance, and is suitable for coloring the insulation and protection layers of wires and cables in special environments.
