Construction process:

FYT-1路桥型防水涂料四、适用范围： 广泛用于各种类型道桥的桥面板防水。
五、防水系统：
◆涂膜防水层构造：有涂膜和胎体增强材料复合防水构造和单涂膜防水两种构造。具体构造按设计要求。
六：施工工艺：
◆基层面处理：基层牢固坚实，表面平整、干燥、无起砂、浮浆和明显水渍。阴阳角抹成圆弧。对有缺陷基层可用 BPE-203环氧树脂基层处理剂进行处理。涂膜施工前清除杂物、灰尘、油污。
◆涂膜防水层施工：可采用刷、滚或喷涂方式，应分层分遍涂刷，宜3～4遍完成。后一遍要在遍固化成膜且垂直于遍的方向进行。一般间隔时间为4 h～7h（视气温而定）。厚度1.0mm涂膜，涂料总用量(2.2 ～2.6)kg/m2。
七、施工注意事项：
◆在桥面板混凝土终凝之前，在混凝土表面进行有规则的、均匀的拉毛处理效果更好。
◆桥面板混凝土强度至少达到设计强度的70%时方可进行防水层施工。
◆施工温度以5℃～35℃为宜。气温小于5℃、雨天（包括预计施工后6小时之内要下雨）不得施工。
◆防水层未完全干燥，不得上人行走及行驶车辆，防止尖锐物体划破防水层。
八、包装、运输及贮存：
◆产品包装于清洁干燥密闭的塑料桶或内衬塑料袋的铁桶中，50kg/桶、200kg/桶三种。
◆产品在存放时应通风、干燥、防止日光直接照射，贮存温度不得低于0℃。贮存期为一年。
