EMA—TC110Pa11 Nylon PA11 density is 1.04g/cm3, the melting point of 185 DEG C, the water absorption rate of 0.1-0.4%, the tensile strength of 47-58MPa. It has the advantages of low water absorption, good oil resistance, low temperature resistance, easy processing and so on.
brief introduction

[Chinese name] nylon -11; polyomega aminoeleven
[dissolve] insoluble in general solvents, only soluble in methylene phenol, etc.
[use] a thermoplastic resin. It is used to make oil pipe, film, cable sheath and so on.
[preparation or source] is obtained by condensation of Omega - aminoacid eleven acid.
[Others] are resistant to ordinary acids, alkalis and oxidizing agents. Low water absorption, good dimensional stability, good wear resistance and oil resistance.
The plasticized modification with N, N- two methyl p-toluene sulfonamide was plasticized PA11, and the mechanical properties of the system were studied. Because N, N- two methyl toluene sulfonamide and PA11 all contain -NH2, both of them have good compatibility. A small amount of plasticizer can greatly improve the impact strength of PA11, while the tensile strength is not greatly damaged, which effectively improves the comprehensive performance of PA11.。

Extrusion process

LLDPE Thermal sealing
The thermal sealing of LLDPE film is good, so long as the lowest sealing temperature is reached, it has good heat sealing strength, and the sealing ability of the seal is strong.
Melting property
The melting properties are determined by the relative molecular mass, the relative molecular mass distribution, the long branched chain and other factors. Similarly, the relationship between LLDPE and LDPE and shear rate: LLDPE Hu behavior is similar to HDPE with relatively narrow molecular weight distribution, and the melt viscosity is higher than that of LDPE. Therefore, extrusion load and heat consumption increase when extruding.
The melting tension of LLDPE is lower than that of LDPE, and the relaxation time of the melting stress is short. It can be observed that the necking of the melt film extruded from the "T" type head is large, and the vertical extension of the hollow shape is large. Due to the short melting stress relaxation time, the residual stress in the injection molding products is small, so the shrinkage rate is small and the warpage is small.

The melting point of polyethylene is proportional to the degree of crystallinity and grain size. Therefore, the melting point of LLDPE is 10-15 degrees higher than that of LDPE. Even though the same LLDPE, the more carbon number of monomer is, the higher melting point is. This rule is also suitable for VEKA softening point. The thermal sealing performance of the film is corresponding to the heat sealing temperature of the full melting. The LLDPE sealing temperature is 10-15 degrees higher than that of LDPE, and the melting point of LLDPE is narrower than that of LDPE, so the film has good thermal sealing performance.
