2.1、应用范围Application range
用于PET、PVC、PC、转印纸（膜）、花纸、铭板、PCB/FPC、手机按键、3M胶水、薄膜开关、太阳能电池、商标镭射、刮刮卡、LED灯条、不干胶标贴、不锈钢、铝箔、铜箔等卷装材料的丝网印刷，以及IMD/IML模内装饰塑胶等行业的加工。
Widely used in PET, PVC, PC, transfer paper (film), paper, nameplate, PCB/FPC, mobile phone keys, 3M glue, membrane switch, solar battery, trademark laser, scratch cards, LED lights, self-adhesive stickers, stainless steel, aluminum foil, copper foil and other packaging materials of screen printing, and IMD/IML mode interior decorative plastic industry processing.
2.2、结构分解Structure decomposition
2.21、送料机Feeding machine
1）、自动排废，自动撕取保护膜装置；Automatic removal of waste, including automatic tearing protective film；
2）、 卷料安装，可调张力气胀轴；Feeding shaft using inflatable shaft, the tension can be adjusted；
3）、送料轴，变频电机驱动，放料起始速度可随意调节，起步频率从0开始慢慢上升到运行，避免起步过快，造成材料表面擦伤；The discharge shaft is controlled by a variable frequency motor, and the initial frequency starts from 0 to run slowly, so that the material surface scratch is avoided;
4）、静电棒，配有除静电功能；The feeder is equipped with the function of removing static electricity .
2.22、过料箱Photoelectric induction box
1）、台湾阳明光电开关控制；The photoelectric induction box is controlled by Taiwan Fotek photoelectric switch;
2）、印前材料进入过料箱然后进入印刷机；Prepress materials first enter the photoelectric induction box and then enter the printing press;
3)、印后材料进入过料箱，然后进入烤箱。After printing, the material passes through the photoelectric induction box and then is baked in the oven.
2.23、主印刷机Printing host
1）、过料架：除尘棒--The feeding rack has dust removing roller;
2）、印刷驱动：伺服电机--The printing is driven by servo motor;
3）、拉料驱动：伺服电机--The feeding system is driven by servo motor.

2.24、干燥烤箱Oven
1）、进料吸风板,控制张力；The oven feed uses suction to control the tension；
2）、多区域加热，循环热风干燥，自动恒温，每个区域均可自由设定温度，同一温度控制下，各区
域温度相同；Multi zone heating, circulating hot air drying, automatic constant temperature, each region can set temperature freely, under the same temperature control, the temperature of each region is the same;
3）、变频器自动收料,烤箱45米干燥；The material receiving charging device adopts frequency conversion motor, and the material circulation in the oven is about 45 meters;
4）、硅胶套辊轴，可使材料在烘烤时无金属接触，避免在特殊停机情况下造成印刷物变形，印刷品
质；The silica gel sleeve on the roller surface can make the material not contact with the metal surface during baking, so as to prevent the deformation of the printing material under the special stopping condition, thus ensuring the printing quality;
5）、静电棒，配有除静电功能；The oven has the function of removing static electricity;
6）、可增加覆膜功能：It can increase film covering function.
