1550nm脉冲激光器器是一款MOPA型直接调制放大脉冲激光器，可实现脉冲宽度，重复频率以及峰值功率调节。产品具有高的电-光转换效率，小的非线性效应和 ASE噪声，宽的工作温度范围，本产品适合作为固态激光 Lidar 的发射光源。内部采用稳定成熟的硬件驱动电路和高稳定的器件其长时间稳定可靠工作。

The 1550nm pulse laser is a MOPA type directly modulated amplified pulse laser that can achieve pulse width, repetition rate, and peak power adjustment. The product has high electro-optical conversion efficiency, small nonlinear effects and ASE noise, and a wide operating temperature range. It is suitable as an emission light source for solid-state laser Lidar. The internal use of stable and mature hardware driving circuits and highly stable devices ensures its long-term stable and reliable operation.
