该老化车设备采用中央集控式监控管理，适用于工厂批量恒温老化产品，负载均可采用电子负载, 可根据客户要求订制,负载调节可用手动设定方式,也可采用程控负载由上位机(PC机)统一设定系统软件可对各个区域工作状况进行设定、监控与警示。适时采集各负载部分当前电压、电流值。
