一、适用范围：
本机是将60g砝码套在笔杆下端，使笔与书写纸直面成50°～70°倾斜角，以20mm/s～25mm/s的划线速度徒手划直线，检查线迹是否符合QB/T 1655-2006表2规定的要求。
This device is used to install the 60g special weight at the lower end of the penholder to form an inclination angle of 50°~70° between the pen and writing paper,draw straight lines manually at a speed of 20mm/s~25mm/s,check whether the line marks meet the requirements specified in the Table 2 of QB/T 1655-2006.

本依器符合标准QB/T 2777-2006条款6.2。
