►进口燃气紧急切断阀描述--

LIT燃气紧急切断阀是新型的燃气管道工程的安全配套装置，主要应用于以下场合：

1、与可燃气体泄漏监测仪器相连接。当仪器检测到可燃气体泄漏，自动快速关闭主供气体阀门。切断燃气的供给，及时制止而恶性事故的发生。

2、与热力设备的极限温度（或压力）安全阀控制连接；当设备内检测点的温度或压力超过设定的极限数值时，自动快速关闭供气阀门，停止燃料的供给。

3、与高层建筑的中央消防报警系统相连接。当大厦发生火警时，自动切断大厦内的燃气供应，防止煤气爆炸的发生。

4、在城市或工厂的燃气供应管网内设置BZCK燃气紧急切断阀，可在中央控制室内集中控制，远距离遥控，紧急关闭事故现场的管线供气。

5、可靠的技术性能，极低的负荷损失，的安全性能，的节能性能，快速切断性能。

►进口燃气紧急切断阀控制方式--

常开--阀关闭后在通电或断电都不会自动开启，需手动拉开，保持打开状态，节能、安全；

A：阀需要打开时，旋下防护罩，用力拉手柄，阀打开;

B：阀需要关闭时，线圈通电不超过30秒钟，阀迅速关闭;

►进口燃气紧急切断阀特点--

1、阀门在日常工作中处于常开状态，电磁阀线圈处于断电状态，不消耗电能。

2、当事故发生时，阀门线圈瞬时通电，触发阀门快速关闭，并进入自锁状态。

3、当工作人员处理完事故，人工重新开启阀门，才会恢复供气。

4、阀门采用先导式阀瓣，开启轻松，即使压力达到6Bar开启也十分轻松，口径大于DN125，采用杠杆手柄，使阀门达到开关省力、快捷。

注：根据客户要求也可提供断电关闭的常闭型紧急切断阀。

手动复位操作过程--

当阀门被切断，管道漏气故障排出后，工作人员需要手动复位时，用力向上提拉手动复位杆，听到“咔”的一声，说明阀门完全被打开，此时，即使松开手，也不会被切断。（除非再给阀门线圈通电）。

注：手动复位在电磁阀线圈断电时操作。
