二.【技术特点 Technique Feature】：
1.适应于FEP(聚全氟乙丙烯、又称F46)、FPA(氧化烷氧基乙稀树脂)及ESFE(又称F40)等氟塑料生产。
2.螺杆机筒:均采用新3号钢GH113(同美国GDA材质)耐腐蚀耐高温或采用进口哈氏金钢C-276。
3.机头:采用新3号金钢GH113材质的免调机头或可调机头或采用瑞士进口Microdia机头、抽真空装置。
4.加热系统:采用耐高温的铸铜合金加热器。
5.品质控制:配备外径检测反馈装置、日本TAKIKAWA凹凸检测仪全程控制产品的外径、英国BETA水电容测试仪、高频火花机及同心度等工艺参数。
