2、设备支持司机考勤记录及车辆管理等功能；
3、收费方式灵活，通过开户人员的类型不同可以进行不同的打折消费；
4、设备应满zu存储大容量交易数据的要求，并且保障数据的安全性；
5、系统支持卡片采用实名制，一卡一密，用户卡采用电子钱包格式。系统加密过程采用PSAM卡（预留），秘钥处理采用DES加密算法，安全可靠；
6、能够对用户卡的合法性进行认证，若发现非法卡，语音报警提示，能保障交易安全；
7、显示清晰、明亮，信息简单、明了，对不同的状态不同卡类，不同地段能够显示不同的信息，根据不同客户可选用数码管显示或LCD显示；
8、有显著的声音提示，不同类型卡的声音提示不同；
9、对黑名单的管理和存储，至少有300000条黑名单数量；
