We developed silicon carbide shaping equipments with own intellectual property rights and produced special RSiC micropowder such as RS100, RS07, F600 and F1500 with high purity and highly reactivity. The suffaces of these micropwders are bright and smooth, good shape, concentrited particle size distribution and easy to be wetted.
