一、工艺技术要求

1、电阻率检测：选择一块未经处理的地面，检测电阻率，如果电阻率不是10^6Ω以上，则应采取措施进行防静电处理；

2、处理深度：防静电地坪处理厚度为3-5mm；

3、涂料：采用环氧树脂防静电涂料，涂料应具有良好的耐腐蚀性、耐磨性、良好的附着力；

4、施工环境：施工环境温度应大于5℃，湿度应小于85％；

5、涂料涂刷：环氧树脂防静电涂料应按三层涂刷，层涂刷采用滚涂方式，每层涂刷厚度应大于0.2mm，涂刷间隔时间应小于6小时；

6、处理结果：施工完毕后，应对处理表面进行电阻率检测，电阻率应大于10^6Ω，符合防静电要求。
