挖泥船简介
该船适用在封闭少浪的近海和内陆河流湖泊施工。
按照企业标准设计和建造。
全船为焊接钢结构。三台液压绞车位于主机舱甲板前端,两支定位桩油缸位于主舱尾部。四个压载水舱位于侧附体前后两端。
整船可拆装,适用于铁路和公路运输。
发动机和泵位于中间主机舱,两边的侧船体作为燃油舱,压载舱和储物仓。主机舱为水密舱。
绞刀轴通过密封的轴承转动,由位于甲板上的高位机油通过压力提供不间断润滑。
为挖泥船驾驶员设计的宽敞明亮的操作室。全室周围向外观察无死角, 配备空调和可调节座椅,工作环境舒适。一名驾驶员操作所有监控仪表,灯光控制按钮和动作指令按钮。
挖泥船的水下部分采用海洋涂层系统和阴极保护,可在海水中使用
General Introduction
This cutter suction dredger is designed to operate in sheltered inshore waters and under tropical climate conditions.
Build under enterprise standard with reference to ZC standard.
She is of all welded steel construction, 3 hydraulic operated winches is in the front of the marine pontoon deck,2fixed spud on the aft. 2 double ballast (fwd and aft).
The whole ship is detachable, suitable for railway and road transportation .
The engines and dredge pump are located in the center pontoon, the 2 side pontoons serve as fuel bunkers, ballast tanks and store. Engine room and pump section are accessible by watertight hatches.
Cutter shaft runs on roller type bearings in an enclosed shaft housing flooded with lubrication oil ,a lock oil tank to ensure a positive pressure inside the bearing housing is located on top of the wheelhouse
The spacious control cabin is ergonomically designed with all around non obstructed view, Equipped with air conditioning and adjustable seating, the work environment is comfortable. A driver operates all monitoring instruments, light control buttons and motion command buttons.
The underwater section of the dredger is protected with a marine coating system and cathodic protection for use in a saltwater environment.</a></a></a>
