1 卖方所提供设备是全新的、在交付时没有材质或工艺上的缺陷且符合买方提出的技术标准及规范；

2 卖方应其出售的设备科提供正常和恰当地使用，并且在经过正确安装、正常操作和保养的前提下，在设备的寿命期内运转良好；

3 设备的材料和零部件均应符合或优于买方提出的技术标准及规范。

要求：

（1）       处理工艺技术，系统运行经济安全可靠。

（2）       处理设施、节能，管理、运行、维修方便且能长久正常运行。

设备的安装调试验收

设备交货后，卖方应在买方通知现场具备安装条件时，在一周或更短的时间内派技术人员到场安装，并在规定时间内安装调试完毕，同时卖方负责安装调试过程中所有因质量缺陷而损坏的零部件免费更换。
