根据食品工业废水的特点，我们公司积极学习借鉴发达国家对于处理食品废水的经验，结合我国食品工业特点，研发制定了完整的食品废水的治理工艺。

现在废水处理的技术分为三大类：物理法，化学法，生物化学法。物理法包括气浮、过滤、沉淀、离心、挤压等。化学法包括混凝法，中和法，氧化还原法，电解法，萃取法，吹脱法，吸附法，电渗析法，反渗透法等；生物化学法包括活性污泥法、接触氧化法、生物膜法、氧化塘等多种方法。另外还有一些比较少用的新技术如酶解法，超声波技术等技术。

根据食品废水的水质特点，处理该类废水基本工艺流程格栅+气浮+生化处理。根据不同的食品行业，工艺流程进行微调。

A、在筛选各种治理方案的前提下，合理选定设计方案，降低工程造价，减少建设投资，降低运行费用，主体工艺路线尽量采用自流方式，减少动力消耗，节约能源；

The food industry wastewater has high organic matter content, many suspended solids, no toxicity and high biodegradability. In general, there are so few characteristics: 1, substances in the effluent with oil, protein, starch, colloidal matter content is high; there are a large number of suspended solids in the wastewater, 2, such as leaves, fruit, meat and hair; 3, dissolved in waste water with salt, sugar, acid, alkali and other substances; 4. High content of organic wastewater, are particularly vulnerable to corruption.

At present, the technology of wastewater treatment can be divided into three major categories: physical, chemical and biochemical. Physical methods include air floatation, filtration, precipitation, centrifugation, extrusion and so on. Chemical methods include coagulation, neutralization, redox, electrolysis, extraction, stripping, adsorption, electrodialysis, reverse osmosis and so on. Biochemical methods include activated sludge, contact oxidation, biofilm and oxidation pond. In addition, there are some new technologies, such as enzymatic hydrolysis, ultrasonic technology and so on, which are less used.

According to the characteristics of the water quality of the food wastewater, the basic technological process of the wastewater is treated with grille + air flotation and biochemical treatment.  According to the different food industry, the process process is fine-tuning.
