城市径流污水

城市径流污水是雨雪淋洗城市大气污染物和冲洗建筑物、地面、废渣、垃圾而形成的.这种污水具有季节变化和成分复杂的特点,在降雨初期所含污染物甚至会高出生活污水多倍。

要求：

处理工艺技术，系统运行经济安全可靠。

处理设施、节能，管理、运行、维修方便且能长久正常运行。

工艺原理

活性污泥法(activated sludge process)是在人工条件下，对污水中的各种微生物群体进行连续混合和培养，形成悬浮状态活性污泥的一种污水处理工艺。利用活性污泥的生物作用，在好氧条件下，分解去除污水中的有机污染物，然后使污泥与水分离，大部分污泥回流到生物反应池，多余部分作为剩余污泥排出活性污泥系统。

工艺特点：

1) 活性污泥法对废水水量、水质变化的适应性较差 ，对冲击负荷的适应性较弱;

2) 污泥膨胀问题是活性污泥法自产生以来一直伴随并常常发生的一个棘手的问题。它引起污泥结构松散，沉淀压缩性能差，直接影响出水水质，并危害整个生化系统的运作;

3) 在池末端可能出现供氧速率需氧速率的现象，造成了动力费用的浪费。

工艺参数：

1) BOD污泥负荷率(NS)： 0.2-0.4 kgBOD/(kgMLSS·d)

2) BOD容积负荷(NV)：0.3-0.8 kgBOD/(m3·d)

3) 混合液悬浮物浓度(MLSS)： 1.5-2.0 g/L

4) 污泥龄(ts)：2-4 d

5) 气水比： 3-7

6) 曝气时间(t)：6-8 h

7) 回流比：20-30%

8) 污泥体积指数(SVI)：60-120 L/g

工艺流程

传统的活性污泥法由初次沉淀池、曝气池、二次沉淀池、供氧装置以及回流设备等组成，基本流程:由初沉池流出的废水与从二沉池底部流出的回流污泥混合后进入曝气池，并在曝气池充分曝气产生两个效果：①活性污泥处于悬浮状态，使废水和活性污泥充分接触;②保持曝气池好氧条件，好氧微生物的正常生长和繁殖。废水中的可溶性有机物在曝气池内被活性污泥吸附、吸收和氧化分解，使废水得到净化。二次沉淀的作用有两个：①将活性污泥与已被净化的水分离;②浓缩活性污泥，使其以较高的浓度回流到曝气池。二沉池的污泥也可以部分回流至初沉池，以提高初沉效果。
