升降机使用注意事项
①撑开支腿，调整支腿螺栓，使升降台保持水平，然后锁定支腿定位栓；接通电源并
打开电源，待指示灯亮后试车一次即可进行工作。
②按规定载荷工作，严禁超载使用，在特殊应急情况下多不得超载10%；在没有
安全护栏的固定式升降台上严禁载人工作；
③在动作过程和处于上升位置时，不得移动升降台；升降台工作时，撑开支腿，
严禁在工作平台上作激烈的人为摇晃。严禁在工作台上进行任何带电作业；
④非电气人员不得随意拆装电器，以防触电或误接。
⑤需要进入升降台工作平台下面检修时，吊住升降台工作平台。以防升降台突然
下降，造成损失，
⑥非人员不得任意调整溢流阀，液压系统中的每个元件都是在规定压力下工作时，
任意调整溢流阀后，可能会造成液压系统非正常运转。对人、机、物都会有不必要的损伤；
⑦相应运动部件间均加注一些润滑油，延长轴承使用寿命；
