屠宰污水有机物含量高，可生化性好其中高浓度有机质不易降解，处理难度较大，宰污水中的营养物主要是氮、磷，其中氮主要以有机物或铵盐形式存在，而磷主要以磷酸盐的形式存在。

屠宰污水一般呈红褐色，有难闻的腥臭味,其中含有大量的血污、油脂质、毛、肉屑、骨屑、内脏杂物、未消化的食物、粪便等污物，固体悬浮物含量高。

处理：排放的废水先后流经粗细两道格栅，主要去除较大悬浮物和漂浮物，防止污水提升泵等机械设备堵塞。然后流入隔油沉淀池，废水中含有泥沙等，这些可通过自然沉淀去除，沉淀的泥沙定期用污泥泵打入污泥浓缩罐。油脂则漂浮在水面，可以人工捞出回收处理。由于其废水水质水量波动较大，以确保后续处理效果和运行稳定性，在处理工艺流程中设置调节池，以均化水质水量。系统平稳运行。还可以通过调节池均化其本身的酸、碱度，以使废水的pH值满足后续处理工艺的要求。废水中含有的血污、油脂、油块等，通过混凝气浮得到有效的去除。

二级处理：对于屠宰废水中难降解、浓度较高的COD_Cr、BOD₅，预处理过程中不能完全去除，故二级处理采用生化处理，本设计采用水解酸化-好氧生物处理技术。水解酸化池主要目的将大分子有机物分解成小分子有机物，以便在好氧过程中进一步得到去除。

三级处理：好氧处理后的出水，溢流到沉淀池中，沉淀后上清水进入消毒池，沉淀池中的污泥定期用泥浆泵打入污泥浓缩罐中。

  工艺流程

屠宰场污水经格栅（网）去除污水中的毛、皮、浮渣和大颗粒悬浮物后自流入隔油池，去除大部分油脂和泥砂后进入调节池，经调节池调节水质水量后，并后续处理设施的正常运行。经过调节池的水经泵提升至平流式气浮沉淀一体机。先期去除水中悬浮物（ss），去除率达90%以上，出水进入一体化污水处理设备，一体化污水处理设备由（水解酸化池、二级接触氧化池、沉淀池组成），污水在水解酸化池

The slaughterhouse wastewater has high organic content and good biodegradability. High concentration organic matter is not easy to degrade and difficult to deal with. Because the fluctuation of wastewater quality and water quantity is large, in order to ensure the subsequent treatment effect and operation stability, the regulation pool is set up in the process flow to homogenization the water quality and quantity. Ensure the smooth operation of the system. The acid and alkalinity of the tank can be homogenized by adjusting the pool to make the pH value of the wastewater meet the requirements of the subsequent treatment process. Two stage treatment: for slaughtering wastewater, CODCr and BOD5 with high concentration and high concentration can not be completely removed during pretreatment. Technological process

The slaughterhouse wastewater is removed by grid (net) to remove the hair, skin, scum and large particles suspended solids in the sewage, and then flows into the oil reservoir.
