釉里红，瓷器釉下彩装饰手法之一，创烧于元代。是将含有金属铜元素为呈色剂的彩料按所需图案纹样绘在瓷器胎坯的表面，再罩以一层无色透明釉，然后入窑在1350℃以上的高温还原焰气氛中一次烧成。
