工作原理：
焊接、打磨、抛光得工序产生的烟气粉尘通过风机产生的负压经工作台面风口进入到打磨集尘器的过滤装置，气流进入倒流通道，大颗粒粉尘与导流板碰撞后，大颗粒粉尘在重力的作用下落入集灰抽屉，含细小颗粒的粉尘进入过滤室，含尘气体由覆膜滤纸外表面穿过滤芯，粉尘则被滤芯阻拦在其表面，当被阻拦的粉尘在滤芯表面不断沉积时，通过手动清灰机结构清扫滤芯，也可通过脉冲喷吹对滤筒清灰使得沉积在滤芯上的粉尘颗粒在振动的作用下脱离滤芯表面落入集灰抽屉中，使得整个滤芯表面都得到清扫，净化后的空气由风道、经风机排出。
