截水骨架模具

截水骨架模具是近几年来高速护坡使用的新型产品，它的造型为半圆拱形，类似于麦当劳的金拱门样子。这样的设计原理是利用两边支架进行受力，上方半圆进行挡土。这样的话可以有效的防止高速公路两旁的坡体水土流失从而造成危害高速公路的局面，截水骨架模具还有一个优点就是它的骨架当中有一个流水槽可以排水，土质的坚固性、非泥泞性。

因为这类截水骨架模具的体型比较大，所以厂商生产出来的模具都是拼装式的，这样是为了方便操作。一套拱形骨架钢模具包括：主拱、副拱、流水槽和拼装用的小钢具，一套标准的截水骨架模具的直径在3米，深度达50厘米，使用3毫米主板加工而成，重量在350KG。
