Intense red colour with violet tones. Red berry aromas (blackberries,plums)accompanied by a subtle hint of liqurice and wrapped by a tuoch of new American wood that creates further complexity.Fruity palate,smooth and balanced, easy to drink.Pairs well with all types of meat, especially red and ganished.
Very suitabe with cured and semi cured cheese. Ideal with tapas and aperitifs.
