1. 产品概述 Overview
1.1 成 产品组成 product formation
本产品由锂离子电池、BMS 主从结构控制系统及新能源锂电池配件组合而成,储能系
统由方形磷酸铁锂动力电芯通过串联方式组合而成。储能系统采用了科学的内部结构设计,
的电池生产工艺,具有高比能量和命、安全可靠、使用温度范围宽等特性,是理想
的绿色动力电源产品。
This product is composed of lithium ion battery, BMS master slave structure control system
and special accessories for new energy lithium battery. The energy storage system is composed of
square lithium iron phosphate power cell through series connection.Energy storage system adopts
scientific internal structure design, advanced battery production process, with high specific energy
and long life, safe and reliable, wide temperature range, and other characteristics, is an ideal green
power supply products.
1.2 能 充电保护功能 Charging protection function
本产品采用主从一体结构 BMS 储能控制系统,通过采集到的电压值,可有效控制直流接
触器,防止电池过充造成电池损坏或爆炸。
This product adopts the BMS energy storage control system with the master and slave
integrated structure. Through the voltage value collected, the dc contactor can be effectively
controlled to prevent battery damage or explosion caused by overcharging.
1.3 能 放电保护功能 Discharge protection function
防止电池电量放死,影响锂电池使用寿命。
1.4 能 短路保护功能 Prevent battery power to die, affect the life of lithium battery.
具有对输出短路的检测及保护功能,异常短路时自动保护,防止对电芯的损坏。
With the output short circuit detection and protection function, abnormal short circuit
automatic protection, prevent damage to the battery.
1.5 能 电压、电流保护功能 Voltage and current protection
具有单体电压、总体电压检测,过压、欠压保护功能。防止电池瞬间电流过大,造成电
池的损坏。
With single voltage, overall voltage detection, overvoltage, undervoltage protection
function.Prevent battery instantaneous current too large, resulting in battery damage.
1.6 能 电芯充、放电均衡功能 Charge and discharge balance function
可以在充电时对不均衡的电芯进行均衡:储能系统充电时,当高节电压达到开始均衡
电压时,并且大压差大于均衡压差,满足条件的单体电芯开启均衡功能。
The unbalanced cell can be equalized when charging: when the energy storage system is
charged, when the highest node voltage reaches the starting equalization voltage, and the maximum
voltage difference is greater than the equalization voltage difference, the single cell that meets the
conditions can turn on the equalization function.
1.7 高 储能系统循环寿命高 High cycle life of energy storage system
电芯采用方形磷酸铁锂动力电芯,充放电循环次数可达 1500 次以上(小于 80%的初始放

The battery adopts square lithium iron phosphate power cell, which can charge and discharge
more than 1500 times (less than 80% of the initial discharge capacity), in line with the values of low
carbon, energy saving and environmental protection.
1.8 力 强电流适应能力 Strong current adaptability
采用铜排连接电芯,使用大电流走线工艺设计,安全可靠,可短时间内适应设
备瞬间启动过程中的强电流。
5.1 贮存 Storage
5.1.1 储能系统需长期贮存时,请将储能系统充电至 50%左右的电量(放完电后,用配套充电
器充电 6-7 小时即可),每 1 个月对储能系统做保养。
When battery need long-term storage, please charge the battery pack to 50% power (After
discharge use the set charger to charge 6-7 hours), regular maintenance need do monthly.
5.1.2 储能系统与充电器应贮存在清洁、干燥、通风处,应避免与腐蚀性物质接触,远离火源
及热源。
Battery pack and charger should store in the place clean, dry and airy room, should keep away
from corrosive material, fire and heat source.
5.2 运输 Transportation
储能系统与充电器应包装后进行运输,在运输过程中应防止剧烈振动、冲击或挤压,防止日
晒雨淋。可使用汽车、火车、轮船、飞机等交通工具进行运输。
Battery pack and charger shoud be transport in packages, during the transportation period
should avoid vibration, shock and extrusion. Keep away from sunshine and rain. The transport
vehicle may be antomobile, train, ship and airplane.
5.3 维护 Maintenance
5.3.1 储能系统贮存时,应以 70%的荷电状态贮存。
The battery pack should be stored in 70% charged state.
5.3.2 储能系统长期不使用时,建议每 1 个月左右进行保养,用充电器充 6-7 小时即可。
When battery pack will be long term storage, should do monthly mainenance, which use
charger to charge 6-7 hours.
5.3.3 在维护过程中,请勿自行重新装卸储能系统中的电池,否则将会引起电池性能的下降。
During the mainenance period, please do not disassemble the battery pack, otherwise will
affect the battery pack performance.
5.3.4 不得擅自拆换储能系统中的任何电池,严禁解剖电池。
Do not allowed disassemble and dissect any cell of the battery pack.
5 、注意事项 Notice
* 勿将储能系统投入水中或使其淋水浸湿!
Do not immerse the battery in water or make it wet by water.
* 勿将正负极接反!
Do not miss connect the positive and negative electrode.
* 禁止用导线或其他金属物体将储能系统正负极短路!
Do not short circuit the battery pack with wire or other metal objects.
* 如果储能系统发出异味、发热、变形、变色或出现其他任何异常现象时不得使用;如果储
能系统正在使用或充电,应立即从用电器或充电器上取出并停止使用!并及时与制造商联系!

Do not uses the battery if have bad smell, over heats, deformed, discoloration or other
abnormality. If these happens during battery is under using or charging, should cut the link between
battery and charger and load immediately, please stop using before contact with XDL.
* 不能使用处于极热环境中的储能系统,如阳光直射或热天的车内。否则,储能系统会过热,
这样就会影响性能、缩短储能系统的使用寿命。
Do not let the battery in an extremely hot environment, such as direct sunlight or hot weather in
car, this will affect the battery performance and shorten the battery life.
* 如果电池漏液后电解液进入眼睛,不要擦,应立即用清水冲洗,立即寻求医疗救助。如不
及时处理,眼睛将会受到伤害。
If the electrolyte enters the eye after the battery leakage, do not wipe, rinse immediately with
clean water, seeking for medical help immediately. If not handled timely, the eye will be harmed.
* 环境温度会影响放电容量,环境温度超出标准环境时(25±5℃),放电容量会有所下降。
The environment temperature will affect the discharge capacity, and when the ambient
temperature exceeds the standard (25±5℃), the discharge capacity will be decreased.
