The CXSD62554 is a Triple channel synchronous mode PWM converter with one channel capable of 2.5A andother capable of 1.5A/1.5A continuous current capability.The device also has an independent Reset control func-tion eliminating an external part that is otherwise needed.CXSD62554 is specially designed to support DDR4,LPDDR4 and LPDDR4X power on and off sequence perJEDEC spec. The three converters operate 120 degreeout of phase in order to minimize switching noise. Eachchannel is capable of adjusting its output voltage via aninternal 0.6V reference using an external resistor pider.The internal switching frequency is set at 600kHz. Otherfeatures of the part include, UVP, Current Limit and OTP.The CXSD62554 is offered in a VTQFN3x3-20 package al-lowing small size while having an excellent thermal ca-pability for power dissipation.
