喀麦隆SGS目的港检验文件咨询

我司月末要出口几台机械设备到喀麦隆，今天收到SGS公司的邮件，让我们提供相关文件上传到网站（）。我们联系了中国的SGS，他们查后说这票是货到目的港检验的，要求提供的文件SGS人员也搞不清。
麻烦各位大神，帮忙看看下面的文件到底指什么？

- Final Invoice

Customs Declaration--------指出口报关单吗
- Exemption Certificate----什么文件？
- Import Regime Request-----进口方面的文件？需要客户提供吗？
- Provisional Customs Declaration-----什么申报单？和上面那个CUSTOMS DECLARATION什么区别？
Transport Document---指提单吗？
- Detailed packing list, weight/measurement details----细节信息为显示到箱单里，还要另外提供吗？
- Detailed product information/specification
- Manufacturer's test report
