We at PUMA AG declare our strict adherence to the respect of Human Rights. As such, we share with our partners a commitment to high ethical standards and guarantee the following Code of Conduct: PUMA 是严格尊重人权的。因此,我们与我们的合作伙伴应遵守道德标准并承诺做到以下几点:

• No employment of minors. For this purpose, we consider a minor as one who is below 15 years of age, or the minimum age mandated by the applicable law, or the age for completing compulsory education, whichever of the three is higher.不雇佣童工。童工是指低于15周岁,或当地法律规定的低工作年龄,或应接受教育的年龄中任意一种。

• A workplace that promotes the health and safety of the workers as well as the protection and preservation of the environment.一个兼顾员工健康安全及环保的工作环境。

• A normal workweek according to local labor law, up to a maximum of 48 hours, with a limit of 12 extra/overtime hours, including one day off for every seven-day period, as well as overtime compensation policies that are in accordance with local law.工时应满足当地规定的正常周工时规定,高不能超过48小时正常工时,12小时加班工时,包括每七天休一天;加班补贴也应能满足当地要求。

• Compensation that is respectful of basic needs and all benefits mandated by law. As a floor, payment of at least the minimum wage required by local law or the prevailing industry wage, whichever is higher.薪酬应能满足低生活需求及法定的各种福利。少也应满足法定的低工资标准或行业工资标准中较高的一个。

• Respect and equality, regardless of race, creed, age, sex, social origin, political views, sexual orientation, or position. 尊重人权,注重公平,不因种族、宗教、年龄、性别、社会出身、政治观、性取向或职位造成歧视。

• A workplace where there is dignity and respect, free from any form of forced labor, harassment, abuse or corporal punishment.尊重人权的工作环境,不存在任何形式的强迫劳工,骚扰、辱骂或体罚。

• Freedom of association and the right to join unions or other work or industry related associations as well as the right to collective bargaining.自由结社及参加任一协会、工作或行业相关组织的权利,以及集体谈判的权利。
