灭火器认证-灭火器CE认证
　　灭火器是一种可携式灭火工具。灭火器内放置化学物品，用以救灭火灾。

　　灭火器是常见的防火设施之一，存放在公众场所或可能发生火灾的地方，不同种类的灭火器内装填的成分不一样，是专为不同的火灾起因而设的，我们使用时注意，以免产生反效果及引起生命危险。

　　灭火器是压力容器，属于欧盟CE认证中的PED指令，该指令是针对压力设备的安全指令，凡是设计压力超过0.5bar的设备，无论其压力、容积为何，均须符合PED指令的规定。

　　1. 干粉灭火器CE认证EN 615的相关规定：EN 615-2009 防火。灭火介质。灭火粉规范（D级粉除外）

　　2. 推车式灭火器需要符合EN 1866，该标准是针对移动式灭火器的安全规定。

　　3. EN 3-7:灭火器的性能测试标准；

　　EN 3-8 :粉和泡沫灭火器CE认证；

　　EN 3-9:二氧化碳灭火器CE认证；

　　4. 灭火器CE认证所执行的现行有效标准如下：

　　5. 另外二氧化碳灭火器的钢瓶还需要满足ISO 9809或者EN 1964的要求。铝瓶灭火器需要满足BS 5045的法规要求。

　　BS EN ISO 9809-3:2010. Gas cylinders. Refillable seamless steel gas cylinders. Design, construction and testing. Normalized steel cylinders

　　BS ISO 9809-4:2014. Gas cylinders. Refillable seamless steel gas cylinders. Design, construction and testing. Stainless steel cylinders with an Rm value of less than 1 100 MPa

　　BS EN 1964-3:2000. Transportable gas cylinders. Specification for the design and construction of refillable transportable seamless steel gas cylinders of water capacities from 0,5 litre up to and including 150 litres. Cylinders made of seamless stainless steel with an $iR$dm value of less than 1 100 MPa

　　BS 5045-6:1987. Transportable gas containers. Specification for seamless containers of less than 0.5 litre water capacity

　　BS 5045-7:2000. Transportable gas containers. Specification for seamless steel gas containers of water capacity 0.5 L up to 15 L for special portable applications

　　6. 灭火器的选择

　　在选择灭火器时应符合下列规定：

　　6.1、扑救A类火灾应选用水型、泡沫、干粉、卤代烷等灭火器；

　　6.2、扑救B类火灾应选用干粉、泡沫、卤代烷、二氧化碳等，扑救水溶性B类火灾不得选用化学泡沫灭火器；

　　6.3、扑救C类火灾应选用干粉、卤代烷、二氧化碳型灭火器；

　　6.4、扑救带电设备火灾应选用卤代烷、二氧化碳、干粉灭火器；

　　6.5、扑救A、B、C、类和带电设备火灾应选用干粉、卤代烷灭火器；

　　6.6、扑救D类火灾应选用干粉灭火器。

　　7. 标识

　　标识一般用印刷的不干胶贴在筒体的外表，标识的检查主要检查标识的内容 ，是否正确完整。

　　标识的检查内容应该有：

　　灭火器名称、型号、

　　灭火级别、使用温度范围、驱动气体数量和名称、

　　制造厂商名称、灭火器的使用方法等，

　　认证检验机构的代码，CE标识。
