外国人需要准备的文件清单

1.护照；2. 个人简历； 3. 6个月以内的彩色白底照片；4. 中文HSK考试证书； 5. 两年或两年以上的工作推荐信； 6. 聘用合同；7. 公证认证的无犯罪证明； 8. 公证认证的学历证明； 9. 6个月内体检报告； 10. 申请所需要的其它材料。

外国申请人需要满足一下基本条件：

Requirements for foreigners to apply for work permit in China

1. 年龄介于18-60岁

2. 身体健康

3. 拥有两年以上的工作推荐信

4. 无犯罪记录

5. 持有效护照
