　美国大豆协会董事局成员、伊利诺伊州豆农罗伯·沙佛尔逐年轮种玉米和大豆，今年播种大豆的时间比往年晚了许多。他在电话里告诉本报记者：“在贸易摩擦中，豆农一直是首当其冲的受害者。”


Article 22

1. The present Convention is of unlimited duration. However any Contracting Party may
denounce it at any time after the date of its entry into force under Article 21 thereof.

2. The denunciation shall be notified by an instrument in writing, deposited with the
Secretary General of the Council.
