本启动器适用于煤矿井下，在交流50Hz,电压在380V或
660V (1140V) 供电线路中，对掘进工作面的通风、排
水、抽气进行不间断控制，具备了双电源起动器自动转换的
全部控制功能。
The starter used in coal mine, in AC 50Hz, voltage in the 380V or
660V (1140V) in the power supply circuit, the tunneling working
surface ventilation, drainage, pumping uninterrupted control, has
all the double power supply automatic switching starter control
function.
